Dear Members,

In response to the latest additions and changes to Government recommendations and guidelines on COVID-19, we are updating you on further changes to our service provision.

Cancer Care Centre Closure: Our support for you will continue. However, we have now closed our Centre to visitors.

What this means for you:

All appointments and workshops have been cancelled, unless they can be accessed via telehealth (phone or online programs).

Our phone lines are still open for support; please email or call the office, we are available to assist you if we can.

If you need to pick up or drop off something to the Centre, please email or call the office first and we will make arrangements with you.

Please contact us on 8272 2411 or email us on admin@cancercarecentre.org.au between 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Counselling:

Our counselling services continue to remain available for those who would like to access this service. We will be offering all appointments via telehealth (e.g. telephone and Skype) and encourage you to utilise these means to optimise your mental health and wellbeing. If you would like to make an appointment please phone us.

Online Supports:

The Centre is currently looking at online solutions to offering services via either Skype or Zoom for such things as support groups, meditation etc.
Further details will be posted when these services are up and available, so please keep a look out for those.
