When words are not enough –
Through the art making process, you will be able to ‘externalise’ thoughts and feelings that might otherwise remain internal and unspoken. Art therapists have an expert knowledge of different mediums such as texta’s, chalk, paint, clay, oils, pastels and more…
Once you have briefly discussed your issues and goals for the session, your therapist will then assist you to explore and find meaning in the artwork through a series of questions that only you can answer. You can reveal as little or as much as you like about what you see, this is all about your personal interpretations.
*Please Note- no artistic talent required as everyone can explore that side of themselves.
